Tattoo Booking Process

Please fill out the Booking Inquiry form first and we will best contact you regarding your inquiry. Now for the fun stuff…

  • All of our tattoo designs are uniquely freestyled and hand drawn for each individual’s project. You may also choose from our pre-drawn tattoo flash. Any design alterations to any of the completed pre-drawn tattoo flash will be at the sole discretion of the artist. 

  • The design concept will be shown on the day of the appointment. It may more than likely be created on the spot the day of the tattoo session.

  • We do not make copies or repetitions of other tattoo artists. If you like their work please respect the original artist and go get tattooed by them.

  • You may give input on ideas during the consultation process. If we see that the project will be a symbiotic mutualism for us then we will accept the tattoo project. 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • A NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE of $150 is required to book your appointment.

  • RETAINER FEES are charged for each session you book and goes towards the final rate of the tattoo session.

  • Cancellations 72 hours before your appointment forfeits your RETAINER FEE.

  • Clients may reschedule one time, 72 hours advance notice of originally scheduled appointment.

  • The artist may reschedule at any time. If the artist reschedules, the RETAINER FEE is still not refundable but goes towards the rescheduled dates.

Original Art and Design Fee

  • $200 per hour.

  • Includes time allotted for image research, sketching and finalizing design.

  • Does not factor into the hourly rate of the tattooing process itself.


Tattoo Rates

  • $250 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.

  • Tattoo “flash” type work may be charged a flat rate as opposed to an hourly rate. 

  • Price is dependent on the project piece.

Client Responsibility:

  • Please show up at least 15 minutes prior to appointment time.

  • Make sure you’re fully rested and well hydrated before the session. 

  • Make sure you’ve had something to eat before the session. A small meal is recommended, not something too heavy.

  • Have a great positive mental and spiritual attitude.

  • Remember to relax and BREATHE… it's just a tattoo.

Legal

Must be 18 yrs+ to get tattooed and bring a valid ID. Please remember that RETAINER FEES are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your appointment you lose the RETAINER FEE but if you reschedule your appointment your RETAINER FEE is still valid. We know things happen and plans change so we are flexible with our schedule. Please don’t book appointments if you are not understanding of schedule changes. During any tattoo session you have, all designing is included in the tattoo price (no refunds on designs/tattoos). Which can include computer design, drawing/ editing on paper or skin, stencil making, and tracing designs you would like copied.

Aftercare

  • • ALWAYS wash your hands before touching the tattoo.

    • You may leave the Recovery Derm Shield on for 2-3 days. Manufacturer recommends leaving it on for no more than 1 week.

    • If there is any redness occurring on or around the skin that's being covered with Recovery Derm Shield then immediately take it off.

    • Clean the tattoo by using warm water and a small amount of fragrance free antibacterial soap.

    • DO NOT cover the tattoo with anything else for the rest of the healing process.

    • Apply a VERY THIN LAYER of unscented hypoallergenic lotion 3-5 times per day for the next 3-4 weeks.

  • • DO NOT soak the tattoo nor leave under running water.

    • DO NOT use any shower scrubs, luffas, bath sponges, etc. They harbor bacteria that may infect your new tattoo.

    • Lightly wash and rinse the tattoo with a small amount of fragrance free antibacterial soap.

    • After showering, use a fresh towel to gently pat the tattoo dry and then apply a thin layer of lotion.

  • • NO swimming in chlorinated pools, spas, lakes, rivers or the ocean.

    • NO sun tanning or tanning beds.

    • AVOID going to the gym for the first 7 days.

    • AVOID direct sunlight.

    • DO NOT let other people or animals touch your tattoo.

    • DO NOT scratch or pick off scabs.

    • DO NOT use Vaseline, Neosporin, A&D Ointment nor anything else that may discolor your tattoos.

    • If red bumps or hives start appearing on the tattooed area please see your primary care physician OR go to urgent care.
